Join LeLaina for a time of grounding and presence through song, silence, and writing. No singing on mic required! You are welcome to listen and participate in ways that work for you!
There will be about an hour of guided practice after some introductions. Then, LeLaina will be available for about 30 minutes to chat about her offerings as a spiritual director, singer, and song leader.
